Terms of Use
Effective 7 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Ozzo service: the ozzo.uz website, booking pages, the venue CRM and the @ozzo_uz_bot Telegram bot. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
1. Definitions
- Service: the Ozzo software and its related websites and bot.
- Venue, client: an organization or entrepreneur that registered an Ozzo account to accept bookings.
- CRM user: an owner, manager or staff member of a venue with access to the CRM.
- Guest: a person who makes a booking through the service.
2. Venue account
- When registering, you provide accurate information and confirm that you may act on behalf of the venue.
- The account owner is responsible for the staff they invite and the roles they assign.
- Keep your Telegram and password access private. If you suspect someone else has gained access, tell us right away.
3. Free trial and payment
- After registration, the venue gets a 14-day free trial with Standard plan features.
- After that, the service runs on the chosen plan. Prices are listed on ozzo.uz, and payment is made in a way agreed with Ozzo.
- When a paid period ends, a 3-day grace period applies. After it, the CRM becomes read-only and bookings through the link are paused until renewal. The venue's data is kept.
- We may change prices with advance notice. A period that is already paid for is not recalculated.
4. Venue obligations
- process guest data lawfully and only to handle bookings;
- not use guests' phone numbers for marketing without their separate consent;
- keep opening hours, the floor plan and contacts up to date;
- confirm or decline requests in good time;
- be responsible to guests for service and venue rules.
Ozzo provides a booking tool and is not a party to the relationship between the venue and the guest.
5. For guests
- A submitted form is a request. The booking is valid once the venue confirms it.
- Give your real name and phone number: the venue uses them to contact you.
- You can cancel on the booking page while the venue allows it, or by calling the venue.
- The venue is responsible for service, deposits and visiting rules.
6. What is not allowed
- breaking the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the rights of others;
- making fake bookings or impersonating someone else;
- trying to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data;
- scraping data, creating excessive load or disrupting the service;
- uploading materials you have no rights to.
7. Intellectual property
Rights to the service, its design and code belong to Ozzo. The venue keeps the rights to its logo, cover image and texts and allows Ozzo to show them to guests as part of the service.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it will be free of failures. Maintenance may be carried out for updates. Telegram notifications depend on Telegram itself.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Ozzo is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for the actions of venues and guests.
10. Suspension and termination
We may freeze or block an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you why. A client can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete the account and the venue's data.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page. By continuing to use the service after the changes, you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court at Ozzo's location.
