Phone bookings and walk-ins

A call or a guest at the door goes into the same system as link bookings.

How to do it

1. 1Tap New booking or the plus button on Today
2. 2For a guest at the door turn on Guests are already seated, the start time becomes now
3. 3Enter the party size, time, table, name and phone
4. 4Save, and the table is taken on the floor plan

Common questions

A table cannot be picked

It is taken at that time. Pick another table or time, the plan shows the free ones.
