Connect the team Telegram group

Requests arrive where your team already chats, and one tap confirms them.

How to do it

1. 1In Telegram tap New Group, add colleagues and name it, for example Ozzo Bookings
2. 2In the CRM open Telegram or the Telegram step of the wizard and tap Add the bot to a group
3. 3Telegram asks you to pick a group, pick it and tap Confirm in the bot message
4. 4The bot posts an I am on the team button in the group, pin that message

Common questions

The bot does not answer in the group

The bot link works once and for a day. Tap Add the bot to a group again and pick the group.

Requests stopped arriving

If the bot was removed from the group, the chat is switched off. Connect the group again the same way.
